Mixed Martial Arts

Heritage Martial Arts & Fitness Centre offers a complete Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) program. This program is designed to teach adults (16 and over) the technical aspects of the martial arts and to elevate their fitness and training levels. Classes are designed for beginners to advanced level training students.

The classes offer cardio training combined with technical teaching for all skill levels. Classes are designed to get you in shape and at the same time meet the demand of today’s top MMA athletes. Our classes have all the training equipment needed to train hard and learn with. We have everthing from training pads and fitness training gear, to a 2 panel UFC style training cage for realistic hands on training.

Classes teach proper boxing and kicking skills, proper ground grappling, clinching and takedowns and all other aspects of mixed martial arts training. Our program will teach proper body mechanics and the functionality of body movement for training. Each student receives individual attention as class size is limited. Our professional coaching team will focus on each individual’s specific requirements to help them achieve their training goals.
