It has been proven that strength training builds muscle and changes bone density as well as supports body structure and increases an individual’s metabolism which helps burn calories!
Melt Down Fitness offers weight training and anaerobic activity in a positive small group environment. Each class consists of 60 minutes (3 X a week) of pre-set exercise routines combining large and small muscle groups.
Melt Down is not a weight loss program – it is a BODY SCULPTING program!!!!
