Cardio Kickboxing
In a fun, action-packed and highly energized environment, heart healthy exercises are taught which help improve speed, strength, balance, coordination, agility and overall fitness.
Each cardio class is a 45 minute fitness workout and is offered three times per week. For maximum results, students are encouraged to participate in all classes.
Qualified instructors teach the basic structure of kicking and punching. Use of the heavy bags, kick shields, fitness bands, hand targets, skipping ropes, bosu balls, stability balls and other equipment will be combined with high energy music and a unique blend of exercises to improve fitness levels and increase metabolism.
